Xcell Misting Limited is an innovative Fire Protection Company with a commitment to provide unparalleled quality, service and support for its customers. The company, based in Norfolk, has a team of engineers located throughout the UK enabling it to provide nationwide support including Ireland.
Xcell Misting Ltd design, supply, install and commission all types of fire suppression and detection systems, specialising in water mist technology; high, medium and low pressure fire suppression systems.
Xcell Misting Ltd are Gold installers for Vid Firekill low pressure water mist systems in the UK, they are also main agents and authorised to supply, install, commission and service Ultra-Fog High Pressure Water Mist Systems and have a wealth of experience with these specific systems as well as all HPWM & LPWM systems on the market today.
The team of highly motivated and dedicated Directors have a wealth of experience and training within the Fire Industry allowing them to ensure that all clients’ specific requirements are assessed individually to provide solutions tailored and designed for each particular need. We offer 365/7/24 support for all our customers.

Andy has worked within the fire industry for over 30 years, graduating from site supervisor through projects manager to company Director. His experience comprises many facets of the industry including installation, project management, service, design and sales in both hands-on and supervisory roles. This provides him with a thorough insight into clients’ requirements and solutions. Andy is customer-focused and dedicated to finding the right solution for each new project and ensuring that customers’ needs are met throughout the contract.

Duwaine has worked within the fire industry for over twenty years, bringing both sales and design knowledge across detection and suppression systems. He spent five years as a Sales Manager developing and coaching sales teams before transitioning from electronic detection to mechanical suppression six years ago. He specialises in the complexities of water mist systems and has previously held the role of Design Manager for all water mist projects, with a particular focus on data centres and custodial projects.

Based in the West Midlands near the M5/M6 corridor, Stewart brings over 30 years’ experience in special risk fire protection, including gas suppression, water mist, and fire detection systems. His work spans power generation, chemical facilities, wind energy, data centres, NHS, MOD, MOJ, and Formula 1 environments. Stewart holds IOSH certification and delivers end-to-end project support from survey and tender through to installation, compliance, and maintenance planning.

Alex has over 13 years’ engineering experience, specialising in fire protection and suppression for the past 11 years. He is qualified in High Pressure Water Mist Design, FHC Hydraulic Calculations, Sprinkler, Inergen, CO₂, Petrochem, R102, VESDA, and FIA Advanced Fire Detection systems. His technical expertise ensures all solutions meet client requirements using the most appropriate technologies.

Thomas is an engineer with over eight years’ experience in mechanical engineering within the transportation fare payments industry. He holds an MSc in Engineering Management and has advanced 2D and 3D CAD skills. Thomas is developing his expertise in fire suppression and detection systems, supporting the business across all stages of design and delivery.

Scott joined Xcell Misting in 2025, bringing over nine years’ experience across technical, quality, and operational roles. Scott recently completed his MA and plans to begin a part-time PhD at the University of East Anglia in 2027.
